Where is Dume in Turin?
Dume is at Galleria Umberto I° 10/13, 10122 Turin, in the heart of the city just steps from the Roman Quarter. The historic gallery lies between Porta Palazzo and Via Milano, an easy walk from the centre.
What kind of cuisine does Dume serve?
Dume serves contemporary Piedmontese cuisine: the dishes of the Langhe tradition reinterpreted with restraint, zero-mile produce sourced from Piedmont producers and fresh pasta rolled by hand. A contemporary trattoria, elegant yet informal.
What are the opening hours?
Dume is open Monday to Thursday 7:30–10:00 pm, Friday 7:30–10:30 pm, Saturday 12:00–3:00 pm and 7:30–10:30 pm, Sunday 12:00–3:00 pm and 7:30–10:00 pm. From Monday to Friday we open for dinner only.

A full meal — starter, first course, main and dessert, excluding wine — sits in a mid-range bracket; the cover charge is €3.50. The full menu with all prices is available online, updated every season.

Yes, the menu always includes vegetarian dishes. For intolerances, allergies or special needs our dining-room staff are on hand: each dish also lists its allergens.
